We provide comprehensive, dedicated service for professionals supporting military veterans in recovery, from admission to aftercare.

Our referent relations manager is a single point of contact to ensure smooth referral facilitation throughout the entire process. We collaborate with referents through robust and timely progress reports, inclusion in discharge planning conference call (along with community providers), and provision of discharge summary documentation.
