How We Work

Our team works hand-in-hand with referents (like you) to build a personalized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each individual. 

While this process can look very different depending on each person’s lived experience and medical situation, we follow a rigorous process that helps ensure clients have the best possible chance of success before they even walk through the door at one of our 3 beautiful centres (or log in to our virtual intensive outpatient program from wherever is easiest for them).

Our Referent Relations team is your key point of contact, providing you with information you require throughout the treatment journey of the individual(s) you are supporting.

If you have questions, all you need to do is reach out to us and we will provide what updates we can (while respecting appropriate confidentiality limits).
